From the beginning, the founders of our fraternity stated that “this fraternity will be different.” From that point on, Sigma Phi Epsilon was at the forefront of all other Greek and student organizations. It is the first Greek letter organization to allow religious diversity, to allow the integration of all races to join our ranks, and to abolish the pledging model which humiliates members and instead implemented the Balanced Man Program which educates and promotes the continual development of our brothers throughout their college career. SigEp’s national vision statement is “Building Balanced Men”.

At the University of Northern Iowa, SigEp seeks leaders, scholars, athletes, and gentlemen. You have goals? Achieve them with SigEp. Explore exciting new opportunities on campus and grow as a person. Success is a journey, not a destination. Focus your journey and excel with SigEp.
